Zolostays, the category leader and the largest co-living brand in India has taken the commendable initiative of waiving off rents for all its residents who have been recently laid off from their jobs as a fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic. This will be applicable across all their 450+ properties in 10 cities in India from this week.
Zolostay’s support will help their residents’ tide over a tough time and not have to worry about not having a roof over their heads while they look for their next job. The offer also extends to ex-Zolo-ites, who have stayed in any of their properties in the last 5 years and have been laid off from their jobs.

As the largest co-living accommodations provider in India, we felt that this is the right thing to do. We understand and empathize with the hardships faced by our residents during this time. Now during this tough time, we need to support and help each other.
It is not the time to think about profitability but to stand together as a community and revive this economy once again by doing so. Getting laid off, especially in these unprecedented times, can be terribly hard. Anxiety about the future and all the resultant confusion can be very overwhelming.
