Tapsee stars in Uber’s Safety Toolkit campaign

Uber’s new campaign starring Tapsee Pannu is interesting. Straight forward, simply shot and edited, but a nice narrative in keeping with Tapsee’s calm, confident young persona. She is cool about playing a character that says she’s thirty, and looks calm and composed in her commute arrangements, assuring her mom, dad and boyfriend they don’t need to worry when she travels alone – coz she’s travelling by Uber, which now has an all-new Safety Toolkit.

The safety toolkit is on the home screen of the Uber app, from the point in time when the ride starts, till it ends. Made available through association with law enforcement and other partners are safety tips and insights on  not only insurance covers but also information on how Uber screens every driver applicant and crew.
