Celebrating the 20 Novotel properties in India, Chef Kardinal’s visit was part of the experiences and campaigns planned for the Novotel brand. During his India tour, Chef Kardinal will be hosting various experiences until 3rd December 2019 at Novotel properties in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and New Delhi to showcase unique gastronomical skills.

Chef Sebastien Kardinal’s specialization lies in revising French and international gastronomic specialties and crafting their vegan versions. Guests discovered the secrets to great vegan cooking as they relished an array of delectable dishes such as Basquaise and Shepherd’s pie, Blanquette Old and Stuffed Tomatoes and more.
