Amazon Prime Video’s first sports docu-series Sons of Soils: Jaipur Pink Panthers, takes us through the lives of Kabaddi players, who, like everyone else, go through hardships and struggles too.

Witness captain Deepak Hooda’s on and off-field dedication- 26-year old Deepak Hooda is no stranger to pressure. Much before he could take the reins as captain of the Pro Kabaddi League side the Jaipur Pink Panthers, the kabaddi star from Rohtak, Haryana was leading from the front as captain of the Indian National team.

An all-rounder, whose power-packed performance on the field can be ascribed to his dedication towards the game in his early days, Deepak took to the game in his village back in 2009. Realizing where his true passion lies, he continued practising even when he was working as a part-time teacher in a school.
